YellowBird is an on-demand platform for matching Companies with Risk & EHS Pros. We are not a staffing agency or recruiting company-our Pros are independent contractors.


Our services are priced at an hourly or flat rate to make the process easy, transparent, and competitive. YellowBird considers Job location, travel costs, and Pro experience level to determine pricing for each Job.


Upon approval of the job order, the job begins immediately! You will receive an invoice after approving your job order. Longer term recurring jobs are billed every two weeks.

Vetting Process


YellowBird conducts a thorough interview with every Pro, before attending Orientation, where they learn our policies, procedures, and what it means to be a YellowBird Professional.


Professionals must provide digital copies of all certifications, as well as proof of education, experience, and other special skills.


YellowBird conducts local and federal background checks on all Professionals before allowing them to be matched to a project.


Upon completion of every project, both Companies and Professionals provide feedback and ratings. For Professionals, this provides additional validation of skills and capabilities.
